On Monday, 3/26/09 we were fortunate enough to have Eric Kapitulik, the Founder and CEO of The Program, an athletic and leadership development company for high school and collegiate athletes and teams, work with Billerica lacrosse.
He spoke about his experiences in the Marine Corps Special Operations and the importance of being physically and mentally tough, not making excuses, working hard and the importance of being good team leaders and good teammates and preparing yourself to fill either role.
